We’re located at Outdoor Booth #329, just blocks from Boeing Plaza. Our booth is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
Test your flying skills on one of two Jay Velocity Redbird Flight Simulators at the ALPA booth. Check with booth volunteers for available times as well as usage terms and conditions.

ALPA will be hosting dinners on four evenings this year, and your attendance will require reservations.
- Each ALPA member may bring up to three guests and there is no limit to how many of the four dinners a member can sign up for.
- Participation is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on registrations.
- If dinner capacity is reached, you will be added to a waitlist. You will receive an email when a spot becomes available.
